Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chicken into small cubes and place them into a bowl. season with salt, pepper and teriyaki sauce and mix well to combine.
Step 2
Spray frylite on a pan over a medium-high heat and then add the seasoned chicken to the pan. Allow to cook through.
Step 3
Meanwhile, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it with a fork.
Step 4
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and then add the peas and whisked egg to this pan. Mix until cooked through and then add the cooked rice. Mix again until everything is well combined. Add the soy sauce and mix once more.
Step 5
Add the rice mixture to a plate and then top with the cooked teriyaki chicken.
