Ingredients
5 servings
1 lbbacon
cooked and coarsely chopped
2boneless chicken breast
2 Tbspflour
2 Tbspbutter
room temp, for rue
2 Tbspbutter
room temp, for chicken
¼ cheavy cream
¼ cwhole milk
2 cwater
1 CupShredded Cheese
0.5 blockcream cheese
steakhouse rub
buttery, or Montreal steak seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder
Seasond salt
1 packetranch seasoning
Pasta
I used a box of bowtie
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400⁰F
Step 2
Season chicken with garlic, onion, salt and steakhouse rub, place butter on top bake for 30 min (if using skin on breasts cook with skin down for first 20 min and flip skin side up for last 10 minutes).
Step 3
Cook bacon, set aside.
Step 4
Preheat pan on medium heat, add 2 tbsp butter and flour and cook until browned. Slowly add heavy cream, milk, and water, bring to a boil add ranch seasoning packet, cream cheese and noodles.
Step 5
Boil 3 min, cover and simmer stirring often, until noodles cooked to choice.
Step 6
Dice chicken and bacon
Step 7
Add chicken, bacon and shredded cheese and let sit for 5 min. Serve
