Instructions
Step 1
Blitz the nuts and oats to a relatively fine flour.
Step 2
Heat some oil in a pan on medium-low heat and add the onions and garlic. Cook till softening then add the thyme and deglaze with the stock.
Step 3
Add the nuts and oats and then add a beaten egg. Mix till well incorporated.
Step 4
Grease and line a loaf tin then spoon in the mixture. Bake in a pre-heated oven at Gas mark 4/360F/180C for 45-50 minutes.
