Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F
Step 2
Use a fork to poke holes all around your sweet potato.
Step 3
Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top and massage it in, then add to a sheet pan and bake for 40-50 minutes. Until you can easily cut into it with a fork or knife.
Step 4
Use a knife to cut down the middle, then open the potato up. Add your toppings and enjoy :)
