Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
In a bowl add bananas and mash with a fork.
Step 3
Then add the egg and mayo. Stir well and set aside.
Step 4
In a separate bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
Step 5
Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Fold the dry into the wet until just combined. Don’t over mix!
Step 6
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 7
In a greased muffin tin evenly distribute the batter (Should give you 12-18 muffins).
Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
