Step 1
Slice sausage into bite size pieces. Then saute in pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Add steamed rice, steamed veggies, and cooked black beans to pan with sausage. Stir to incorporate.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
