Step 1
1. Heat the stock in a pot.

2. Prepare and slice your aromatics (lemongrass, galanga and lime leaves) as well as the mushrooms and tofu block. Add all to the stock.
Step 3
3. Bring to the boil and then let simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4
4. Next add 5 sliced Thai chilies, palm sugar, soy sauce and coconut milk.
Step 5
5. Let simmer for 10 more minutes.
Step 6
6. Turn off heat and add cilantro, Thai basil and chili oil. Serve
