Creamy spinach and artichoke pasta ready in just 10 minutes! Welcome back to another episode of Lazy Trader Joe’s Meals. This recipe is definitely a keep, and I can’t wait for you to try it! Here’s everything you need:
16 oz Organic Lemon Torchiette Pasta
12 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts
16 oz Frozen Organic Spinach
6 oz Boursin Dairy-Free Cheese Spread
1 Package (6) Babybel Cheese’s
Green Goddess Seasoning, to taste
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. As that cooks, add the marinated artichokes and frozen spinach to a large skillet over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add in the Boursin cheese spread and Babybel cheese and mix well. Cook until fully melted for about 3-4 minutes. Season with Green Goddess Seasoning to taste. Drain the pasta and combine the sauce and pasta together. Mix well and enjoy!
