Instructions
Step 1
Cook ground beef and taco seasoning
Step 2
Cut onion in half from root to stem, peel, and thinly slice half or whole onion, set aside in a small bowl
Step 3
Wash and dry cilantro, remove stems and roughly chop; add cilantro, squeeze half a lime, add salt/pepper and thinly sliced onion
Step 4
Heat tortillas over medium high heat, 30 seconds or until warm.
Step 5
Add beef, onion salsa to tortillas, squeeze a slice of lime over each. Add sour cream or cheese if desired.
