Instructions
Step 1
cut the stems of the eggplants a little from the tip with scissors without using a knife.
Step 2
I peel off the excess parts with a knife and cut the ends with scissors.
Step 3
peel the eggplants immediately using a vegetable peeler but not let it be completely shell-less.
