Step 1
1. Add half the oil to a large wok and place over a medium heat. Brown the beef.
2. Add the remaining oil and add the mushrooms, ginger, five spice and garlic. Cook for about 3 minutes.
3. Add the broccoli, pepper and pak choi. Cook for 5 minutes.
