3 cupscabbage
chopped
1 lblean ground beef
2 tspsalt
2 tspblack pepper
24 oztomato sauce
can
2 x 14.5 ozdiced tomatoes
cans
1 tsppaprika
½ cupbeef broth
1 tspadobo
found in the spanish section
2 tspworcestershire sauce
1onion
large, chopped
4cloves garlic
minced
½ cupwater
1 tspparsley
1 cuprice
uncooked
1green bell pepper
chopped
3celery stalks
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium skillet, cook all ingredients/spices (((EXCEPT the rice,tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and water))) over a medium-high heat, stirring frequently until the meat is browned and cooked through..
Step 2
In the Crock pot, add in the chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, water then mix Pour in the cooked ground beef mixture and mix until fully incorporated
Step 3
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours
Step 4
When it hits 7 hours, cook the rice according to the package directions then add it into the crock pot and mix well
