2 Tbsavocado oil
¼ cupbalsamic vinegar
0.13ground black pepper
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspturmeric powder

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until everything is fully combined

Add 2 tbs of avacado to a skillet. Add 1 cup of couscous to skillet and toast couscous on medium heat for 3-5 minutes
Step 3
In a medium sauce pan. Add 1 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 tsp of sea salt. Bring water to a boil.
Step 4
Add couscous and let it simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until tender
Step 5
Microwave frozen spinach in a bowl for 3 minutes
Step 6
Add couscous, vegetables, cheese, and dressing to a medium bowl and mix.
Step 7
Place salad in refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour to chill.
Additional Option

Chopped chicken, shrimp, cucumbers, dried cranberries, olives, cherry or Roma tomatoes
