Step 1
Chop vegies and put in a bowl





Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pot on the stove and add the mice once hot. Fry off until no water remains

Step 3
Add in veggies and cook off for a moment
Step 4
Add spices and stir through




Step 5
Add, tomatoes, paste, stock and a crack of pepper
tins of diced tomatoes2



Step 6
Turn down the heat and cook for ages (min 40 minutes)
Step 7
Once nearly done add a bit of dark chocolate
