Make a soft dough.
Step 2
Add ghee and massage the dough for 8 min to stretch the gluten.
Filling preparation

Grate the paneer
Step 4

Finley chop all veggies
Step 5

Roast all dry masala and grind
Step 6

Mix all green and dry masala to paneer.
Add salt, red chilli powder,amchur.
Press the paneer filling
Step 7

Stuff the filling in the dough
Step 8

Roll it and toast in tawa with ghee till golden brown
