Instructions

Step 1
finely chop shallot and ginger and fry for 1 minute
Step 2
mix cornflour with a small amount of water to form a paste, then add to shallots and ginger
Step 3
add water, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and black pepper
Step 4
bring to a boil until sauce begins to bubble and thicken
Step 5
chop salad ingredients and add sauce
