For the Garlic Herb Dip

Prepare the Chicken:

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of prosciutto.

Bread the Chicken:

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko mixed with Italian seasoning.

Dredge each prosciutto-wrapped chicken bite in the flour, dip in the egg, then coat with the panko mixture.
