Instructions
Step 1
Spread the unsalted roasted nuts onto a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes in a 180 c 375 f pre heated oven . When you heat the nuts the oil releases easier when you process them
Step 2
Add the nuts to a food processor and start processing until it gets crumbly this takes 1-2 minutes . Keep pulsing giving your food processor breaks so it doesn’t over heat . It should start to clump together and look shiny as the oils release
Step 3
Add salt to taste red pepper flakes cayenne ( add more cayenne if you want a real kick ) pulse on high until it’s smooth and creamy then put in a sterilized container and store in a cool dark place
