Simple primavera with no meat or added oils. A very healthy meal if you are interested in improving blood sugar levels while enjoying your pasta. Carbs are not the cause of Type 2 diabetes FAT is...avoiding carbs is so the medicine works better. Eating whole grain pasta with help with that as well as it disapates more slowly not giving a huge glucose rush all at one. I love my carbs again ;)
