Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the flour and yogurt until it forms a dough.
Step 2
Sprinkle a surface with the remaining flour and roll the dough out into a rectangular shape
Step 3
Cut this into 6 squares of the same size and top each square with an equal amount of ham and cheese.
Step 4
Take the corners of one square and fold them over one another to form the shape of the jambon.
Step 5
Repeat this until all 6 squares are finished.
Step 6
Place on a lined baking tray, spray each jambon with fry lite and then sprinkle with garlic, oregano and basil.
Step 7
Cook at 180C for 20 mins or until golden on top
