Step 1
Dice pumpkin into medium size cubes.
Step 2
In a hot pan add coconut oil, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
Step 3
After a few seconds add pumpkin and sprinkle slat.
Roast it from both sides. This will take a good 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Once the pumpkin is roasted, take a serving bowl, put the desired amount of pumpkin into the bowl, crush and add roasted peanuts, green chutney and chaat masala as per the taste.
