Instructions
Step 1
Open can of salmon into a strainer and separate out the vertabrae. If some bones remain, its okay. Transfer drained bone free-ish salmon to small mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with spoon or hands.
Step 3
Make about 5 patties and fry in hot oil at medium heat on both sides.
Step 4
Transfer to plate to cool and serve with tarter sauce.
