Instructions
Step 1
Start by frying off your garlic and onion until fragrant, then add in your halloumi.
Step 2
Start cooking your linguine at this point too.
Step 3
Season the halloumi and onion with the paprika, Italian herbs, chilli flakes if using anda pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4
When the halloumi is browned, add in the veg stock along with the soft cheese and tomato purée and keep on a low to medium heat till a nice sauce begins to form.
Step 5
Add in your pasta and give it all a stir, if the sauce is too thick add in some pasta water.
Step 6
Leave for a few minutes until the pasta soaks up the sauce and serve.
Step 7
Pour any left over sauce over the top!
