3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsplight brown sugar
white sugar ok
1 Tbsphoney
2 t sugar is also ok
2 Tbsprice cooking wine
or red wine, mirin works too
1 Tbspsesame oil
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 tspground black pepper
2 tsptoasted sesame seeds
2 Tbsppear

Instructions
Prep
Step 1
Cut up and puree the pear.

Step 2
Prep the mangoes by cutting them into chunks.

Make sauce by mixing all of the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl.

toasted sesame seeds2 tsp

Mix in the bulgogi beef into the sauce prepared above. Make sure the sauce is well mixed with the beef.

Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat up a large frying pan on high heat. It's important that the pan is hot enough so that the meat sizzles as it touches the pan.
Step 7
Add the meat and mango chunks. Pan fry the meat until it’s brown on both sides. Drain the liquids and continue cooking until the beef is a bit crispy on the edges.
