for the oatmeal
50gporridge oats
5gcocoa powder
salt
1 Tbsporange juice
squeezed
orange zest
sprinkle
200mlwater
or milk
15gprotein powder
optional
toppings
Instructions
Step 1
in a saucepan, add all of your oatmeal ingredients, and stir continuously on a medium/low heat until cooked.
Step 2
if adding protein, take off the heat and let sit for a minute. then add it along with a splash of water/milk until combined.
Step 3
pour this into a bowl and top with your fav toppings. this could be fruit, chocolate, marmalade, granola, yoghurt, nuts, seeds etc.
