For the rice
200gbasmati rice
0.5red onion
finely sliced
0.5bell pepper
diced
1 tbpssoy sauce
preferred dark

juiced and the zest of the whole lemon

Instructions
Step 1
Cube the chicken, add the spices
Step 2
Cook until cooked, add lemon juice and honey
Step 3
Cook the onion and bell pepper on a pan until softened
Step 4
Cook rice until cooked, add all the ingredients and mix
Step 5
Boil veggies, season with S&P
