Instructions

Step 1
Squeeze most of the moisture out of tofu

Place beef chuck and tofu into mixing bowl

Add french onion soup mix

Mix with gloved hands until tofu is adequately dispursed throughout beef chuck

Put parchment paper on baking tray

Preheat oven to 350°-375°

Take uncooked meatloaf out of bowl

Work it in your hands until no cracks/breaks can be seen

Shape into flattened football

Place on parchment paper

Flatten slightly(this will allow meatloaf to cook faster)

Push fingers underneath uncooked meatloaf as you square it out

Once satisfied with shape, place in oven
