Instructions

Step 1
Pop everything into a food processor and blitz until all the ingredients are combined and a creamy consistency. Lay a single sheet of filo pastry on your worktop, brush sparingly with butter; next, lay another sheet directly on top. Cut the now stuck together pastry sheets into four equal strips. Place a heaped tablespoon of the mixture in the bottom corner of each strip and fold into triangles. Brush each triangle with a little bit of olive oil. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you wish. Using some grease proof paper, bake your delicious spanakotiropitakia for approximately 25mins on 170 degrees and enjoy!
