Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and cheese sauce. Mix well to coat evenly. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot.
