Instructions

For Sticks

Step 1
Drain and dry tofu
Step 2
Cut block by 1/4 twice
Step 3
Cut each section in 1/3
Step 4
Place in bowl to marinate with broth and seasonings. Turn every 3-4 minutes till all sides marinated
Step 5
Heat garlic and some broth (just enough) in frying pan 3-4 min
Step 6
Place tofu sticks in frying pan with left over spices and broth
Step 7
turn Tofu sticks every few minutes until light brown

For hash

Step 8
place garlic in vegetable broth in frying pan to heat garlic
Step 9
Crumble remaining tofu into pan. Add all spices and stir frequently till all tofu coated
Step 10
Continue to stir frequently until tofu has absorbed the spices and the vegetable broth. More may be needed.
Step 11
Allow to cool and place in container in refrigerator for storage until used.
