Instructions
Step 1
Process fruit to sugar in blender until completely smooth
Step 2
Strain thru fine mesh strainer, pressing thru
Step 3
Whisk in yogurt,, vinegar, more water if necessary. Chill.
Step 4
Stir in minced mint, check salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve with minced fruits and mint, drizzle with evo.
