Instructions
Step 1
Cut Chicken Thighs into 1cm cubes
Step 2
Season Chicken with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, grated garlic, and white pepper
Step 3
Add oil into a preheated pan, and cook on each side until golden brown and cooked through. 3-5 minutes each side. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
Add boiling water into chow mein noodles and soak for 1 minute. Strain.
Step 5
Add sliced onions and carrots into the pan along with grated garlic. Cook 1 minute.
Step 6
Add strained chow mein noodles and season with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 7
Add the cooked chicken back in along with a drizzle of chili oil and top with green onions.
