Instructions

Step 1
Roast veggies for 40 minutes or until tender Sauté peppers and onions until tender
Step 2
Warm Tiki Masala in a large pot, add vegetables, and simmer. Add coconut milk to thin out the sauce.
Step 3
Serve with rice
