1. Warm tortilla on a skillet or in a toaster

Air fry fish fillet according to the pack instructions
Step 3
Make guacamole by mashing up the avocado and adding chopped onion and tomato. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Assemble tacos with the salad mix, cooked fish, guacamole and lite sour cream on top.
