Instructions
Step 1
Rinse beans and bring to boil in broth. Add full tsp salt. Add glug of olive oil Turn to simmer and cook until tender.
Step 2
In skillet cook rest of ingredients except parsley and lemon until fragrant. Add to beans and simmer for about 30 minutes (add water as necessary). Stir in lemon and parsley. Salt and pepper as necessary.
