wash, soak for 15mts, drain water

cinnamon

100 gmsMixed vegetables
or, small bowl maybe
2 tablespoonsCurd
0.5Lemon
1 pinchTurmeric powder
¼ teaspoongaram Masala
¼ teaspoonred chilli powder

Instructions
Step 1
Pour oil, ghee together in pan
Step 2
Add fennel, elaichi, clove, cinnamon and fry
Step 3
Add sliced onion and fry till brown
Step 4
Add tomato and saute till it is mashed
Step 5
Add pudina, all powders and saute
Step 6
Then add Mixed vegetables saute for 2 mts
Step 7
Add curd and salt , saute just 1 minute
Step 8
Mix with rice
Step 9
Add lemon and close.
Step 10
Add coriander once it's cooked.
Step 11
Can add fried bread pieces and cashews at the end , just before eating
