Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a soup pot over medium heat. Add the radishes and onion and cook until the onion is translucent and the radishes have softened, 6 to 7 minutes. Add the bone broth, bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until the radishes are tender, about 20 minutes
Step 2
Add the pumpkin puree, garlic, curry powder, and nutmeg. Cover and cook until the soup is heated through, another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cook for about 5 minutes
Step 3
Puree the soup in a blender until smooth. Return the soup to the pot and add the coconut milk and red pepper flakes, if using. Stir to combine and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through
