50gfresh raspberries
plus extra to serve
Instructions
Step 1
Heat up your oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.
Step 2
Stir together the yogurt and egg in a bowl, then tip in the oats and raspberries and mix well. Evenly divide the mixture between 3 holes of a non-stick muffin tin and bake for 35 minutes, until cooked through and browned. Enjoy with your extra raspberries.
