For the Burritos:
4flour tortillas

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
½ cupsour cream
½ cupsalsa
or pico de gallo
½ cupjalapeños
sliced, optional
¼ cupred onion

¼ cupbell peppers
chopped
¼ cupfresh cilantro
chopped

Prepare the Spicy Chicken

In a large bowl, mix together the chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken strips to the spice mixture, tossing to coat them evenly.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
