Step 1
1. Dice onion, crumble tofu (cut lamb) and cut vegetables 2. Fry onion with vegetable oil in a wok before adding crumbled tofu 3. Fry until crispy before adding carrot, broccoli and capsicum 4. Mix sauce ingredients together 5. Once vegetables are soft and sauce and heat through
