Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onions in olive oil until golden.
Step 2
Quarter the mushrooms and add to pan.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper, and tumeric and cook until all liquid is evaporated.
Step 4
Plate the hummas into a well. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley, paprika, and cumin.
Step 5
Plate the mushrooms in the centre and serve immediately. Good to serve with quartered toasted pitas.
