Instructions

Step 1
Toast the bread in a toaster until golden and crispy
Step 2
While bread is in the toaster, heat pan on medium heat. Add 1 tsp of olive oil. Crack egg and cook as desired.
Step 3
Take bread out of toaster when ready. Slice the avocado, spoon it over the toast, and mash it.
Step 4
Add the seasonings and mix it with the mashed avocado.
Step 5
Top with egg and serve.
