Instructions

Step 1
Smash Avocado in a bowl with lime, juice and salt/pepper to taste
Step 2
In a pan on a medium heat,mix together eggs, butter and a dash of milk and stir untill cooked
Step 3
While the eggs are cooking place your bread in the toaster.
Step 4
Once the eggs and toast are cooked, assemble by spreading the Avocado on the toast and topping with the scrambled eggs
