Instructions

Step 1
heat the toast slices
Step 2
cut avocado to pieces, add oil, salt, black pepper and mix well
Step 3
scramble the egg, add salt and cook it
Step 4
spead the fresh cheese on your toasts
Step 5
put the scrambled egg on one toast and add a chopped small tomato, a bit of coriander and some shredded cheese
Step 6
put the avocado pieces on the other toast and top them with shredded cheese
Step 7
add the olives if you want
