Instructions

Step 1
Fry tomato’s for a couple of minutes. Can add a bit of onion if you have it.
Step 2
Add slices of Halloumi, cook briefly.
Step 3
Add Chilli jam and make sure tomato’s and halloumi covered in the jam.
Step 4
Add beaten eggs. Stir to incorporate everything.
Step 5
Cook the eggs until almost done. Add wrap to top.
Step 6
Cook for another couple of minutes. Turn using a plate. And cook the base of the wrap until crisp.
Step 7
Transfer wrap to a board. Add avocado, rocket and basil to half the wrap. Fold in half.
