Instructions
Step 1
Cut pumpkin into cubes unshaven. Put in a pot with an oil to cook for a bit.
Step 2
Slice the onion and put into a pot with water to boil.

Shave the potatoes and cut to cubes, put in to pot.
Step 4
Put in black pepper, salt.
Step 5
Crush the garlic. Slice the ginger. Put them in and boil the soup.
Step 6
Then with blender make pureed soup.
Step 7
Serve with ricotta and parsley.
