Instructions

Step 1
Cut 2 bananas into slices. Mash 1 banana and mix with eggs, oatmeal, walnuts and cinnamon.
Step 2
Coat large pan with oil and add sliced bananas in single layer. Top with banana mixture.
Step 3
Cover pan and cook on low for 10 minutes. Flip over with help of plate, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
