Electrolyte Protein Shake
1 step
Prep:5min
This protein shake dead simple, tasty, and free of sugar or artificial sweeteners. I find protein shakes with flavored protein powder to be gross, so here I'm using unflavored whey, and sweetening it with my stevia sweetened electrolyte mix. Cocoa powder is optional, but I really like that chocolate taste with the saltiness of the electrolytes. This is perfect for athletes; it's a great source of protein, sodium, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins, and more minerals, all in a convenient cup
