Step 1
1. Soften cream cheese and add salt, pepper, and chopped garlic. Finely chop your stock of chives and add to cream cheese and mix.

2. Cook two eggs over medium heat and season with salt and pepper while toasting your bagel. It helps to cook egg in circular motion for the bagel.

3. Thinly slice your tomato and avocado to place overtop your egg. Spread chive cream cheese overtop your toasted bagel.
Step 4
4. Place egg, sliced tomato, sliced avocado, and pickled onions overtop the egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cut in half.
