Instructions
Step 1
Cut bread roll into ~5mm thick slices
Step 2
Add on a baking tray with baking paper, laid out with no overlap
Step 3
Add a good drizzle of olive oil, top with salt and pepper
Step 4
Bake for ~10 min at ~220C
Step 5
Let sit for 10 min to cool down
